GoMembership has just gone live with The Royal Caledonian Curling Club (RCCC), the national governing body for Scottish Curling. The RCCC is one of the largest governing bodies of sport in Scotland, with approximately 12,500 members in over 640 clubs. The GoMembership solution is being rolled out in phases, starting with Supporter Memberships, and will ultimately encompass Member Management, Club Management, Coach Management and Events Management.
The RCCC have a broad remit for the development of curling in Scotland; ensuring an active and growing membership with a strong network of clubs; supporting ice rinks to provide facilities and opportunities; making the game more accessible; and getting more people playing the game at all levels to producing talented players capable of performing on the world stage. Hard work by the RCCC and medal successes at the recent Winter Olympics, Paralympic Games, World and European Championships have led to a surge in popularity and interest in the sport.
