The largest Further Education institution in Wales, Grŵp Llandrillo Menai, have selected Azolve’s Course Booking solution, allowing existing and prospective students to search for, sign-up and pay for college courses online. The Course Booking module forms part of Azolve’s new GoMembership solution and whilst it can operate as a standalone programme, it will integrate with Azolve’s Curriculum Planning solution which is due to go live across the college group soon.
Grŵp Llandrillo Menai will be able to create and publish details of the college’s part-time courses online, providing all the relevant course criteria, including fees, dates and times, for prospective students. Students can search online for the course(s) they are interested in, express an interest in a course, or register and then pay online. College staff will be able to quickly monitor and assess the status of their course registrations, allowing them to plan resources more accurately or make any necessary adjustments to their curriculum.
David Pring, Azolve CEO says “We are delighted to see GoMembership now starting to be used by colleges for Course Booking. Grŵp Llandrillo Menai are a respected group within the FE sector, and whilst GoMembership is widely used by our sport governing body customers to manage their courses and events programmes, it’s great to see the solution now crossing over into the education sector.”
Established in April 2012 as a result of a merger between three colleges, Coleg Llandrillo, Coleg Menai and Coleg Meirion-Dwyfor, Grŵp Llandrillo Menai employs 2,000 staff and delivers courses to around 27,000 students across Anglesey, Conwy, Denbighshire and Gwynedd.
